Tour De Sprawl will no longer be held.
Other event ideas are being explored and will be posted on this site.
Tour de Sprawl was an educational
event that highlighted important issues related to sprawl
which include land use, air and water quality, development,
public health, and more. The event consisted of an organized
bike/bus ride with a variety of speakers and stops. The
event occured every fall, and has included
New Urbanists Andres Duany and James Howard Kunstler as
well as local and regional experts.
